General Registration Information
If you have never registered with Cobb County Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs, or if the last time you registered was prior to January 1, 2006, then you will need to come by in-person and present proof-of-identification (a driver's license or water bill is fine) for your initial registration. This is for your protection.

1. You may register in person, online, or over the phone with a Visa or Master Card. No mail-in registrations will be accepted until after registration day.
Make checks payable to CCPRCAD. You must include full payment with a registration form to hold a place in class or other activity.

2. One person may register their family and one additional family for classes. Please have pertinant information (such as birthdates and phone numbers) available for all members of your party.

3. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-pay basis. You should plan to attend classes on the first day listed in the schedule. Unless your class is canceled, you will not be notified further after your registration is complete.

4. No refunds will be given any later than one week prior to each class start date. Allow four weeks for refunds to be processed.

5. Class time can run from a single workshop to an 8 week class. Please note dates and times. CCPRCAD is not responsible for classes missed due to student's absence.

6. If you or your child have a restriction or special need, please let a staff member know at the time of registration.

7. Proof of residency such as a valid driver's license or voter registration may be requested. For non-residents of Cobb County, there will be a non resident charge of twice the class fee not to exceed $25.00.

8. From time to time the student that is registered in a class may be photographed or videotaped by a photographer/videographer or staff member of CCPRCAD. 9. ***You must fill out a Hold Harmless Agreement form in person for each student, each class, each quarter, each activity. We must have this form before the first class meeting.***
